- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags attached.
- Refunds/exchanges will only be processed for damaged, defective, or incorrect items received.
- Sale or discounted items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless they are defective.
- Customers must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
Refund Process:
- After receiving your return request, our team will inspect the product.
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days through the original payment method or store credit.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchange Process:
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will replace it free of charge.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
